Who we are

What we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, and any details you submit via forms, checkout, or email; for 1:1 sessions, scheduling preferences.
  • Purchase data: product, price, date, and receipt info. We do not store full card numbers—payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Usage data: standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). If we enable analytics or a newsletter later, we’ll update this section.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and remember preferences. Third-party services we embed (e.g., video hosts) may set their own cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Comments & media (WordPress)

If comments are enabled and you leave a comment, WordPress stores the comment, your IP, and browser user agent to help with spam detection. If you upload images, avoid EXIF location data—visitors could download and extract it.

Payments (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe acts as an independent controller for certain data needed to complete the transaction and prevent fraud. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number. For details, see Stripe’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To deliver purchases (downloads, membership access, 1:1 sessions) and send transactional emails (receipts, access links).
  • To respond to messages and operate/improve the site.
  • With your consent, to send occasional updates—you can unsubscribe anytime.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the site (e.g., payment processing, hosting, email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep purchase/receipt records as required for accounting and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain records.

Your rights (Canada – PIPEDA)

Children

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
