1) Overview

By accessing or purchasing from https://thetelicpath.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Offerings

We provide digital downloads, memberships, and 1:1 guidance sessions. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, or financial advice.

3) Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for purchases, renewals, and applicable taxes. We do not store full card numbers.

4) Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital downloads: non-refundable once delivered.
  • 1:1 sessions: reschedule ≥ 24 hours in advance; missed/late-cancelled sessions are charged in full.
  • Memberships: renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime to stop future charges (no partial refunds of the current period).
    If we must cancel, we’ll offer a reschedule or a full refund.

5) Access & Delivery

Downloads are delivered via a link after checkout. Membership content is available while your subscription is active. You’re responsible for maintaining access to the email you used at purchase.

6) Intellectual Property

All Site content and materials are owned by The Telic Path or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.

7) Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, bypass security, infringe others’ rights, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and offerings are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable offering.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Venue and jurisdiction lie in British Columbia courts.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects changes. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
